Policies

Deposits

There is a required $25 deposit when booking an appointment. This goes towards your service amount. Deposits are non refundable unless the stylist is at fault

Cancellations and No Shows

Cancellations in less than 48hrs may result in a charge of 50% of your service remaining balance. No call no show appointment will result in potential charge and not being able to rebook with Total Beauty. Please Contact us if you will be more than 10 minutes late. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit. COMMUNICATION IS KEY

Refunds

There will be NO REFUNDS after leaving your appointment. If you have concerns about your service please inform us before leaving
